The Facility Management company NEAS has signed a letter of intent with Nordea Liv to execute all management and service functions in their headquarters in Bergen. The agreement is valid for five years including options with an annual base value of more than NOK 5 million (approx. €560,000).
The office building also includes the headquarters of Skandiabanken, TTS Marine, and Kristian Gerhard Jebsens Skipsrederi, which will also be offered a variety of services that NEAS provides.
