Lübker Golf A/S and Rekbül ApS have entered into a partnering agreement with NCC Construction Denmark regarding the construction of the Lübker Golf Resort at Djursland, Denmark. From NCC's viewpoint, the assignment is worth approximately €23.34 million, with an opportunity for additional orders.
NCC will construct the clubhouse, vacation accommodation, condominiums, an adventure swimming complex, a wellness center and several other buildings for the new Lübker Golf Resort at Djursland.
The order encompasses a total of 15,000 square meters of floor space and the agreement also provides opportunities for expanding the order to include additional buildings and other assignments connected to the establishment of the new 171-hectare golf resort.
Lübker Golf Resort will be constructed around a golf course comprising a total of 27 holes. In addition to vacation accommodation, construction will include a subtropical swimming complex, a wellness center, restaurants, cafes, stores and tennis, petanque and skating facilities.
NCC will initiate project planning on July 1. Construction will start in October 2006 and the first buildings are scheduled for completion during summer 2007.
