NCC to build offices in Sundbyberg for SEK 180 million (SE)

NCC Construction Sweden has entered into an agreement with Jernhusen AB regarding the construction of an office property in Sundbyberg. The assignment is valued at approximately SEK 180 million and the building is scheduled for occupancy at the beginning of 2007.

Groundwork has already commenced and construction of the actual office building will start at the beginning of 2006. The 15,000-square-meter building will have six stories above ground and a two-level underground parking garage. Of the total floor space, 11,000 square meters will be used for offices and 4,000 square meters for parking.

The location close to Sundbyberg Station is excellent. In addition to a subway station and a station for commuter and intercity trains, there are plans for the construction of a light rail station close to the new property.

At the beginning of 2007, the Swedish Railway Administration will be the first tenant to relocate to the building and will lease about 7,000 square meters of the total of 11,000 square meters of office space.
