PointPark Properties (P3) has signed a cooperation agreement with NBGI Private Equity Limited, a leading European private equity and venture capital firm, for development and leasing management services in respect of the Arad Business Park in Romania.
This industrial park, built on 6.5 ha of land, offers 40,000 m² of built-up area used by tenants for light industry, logistics and distribution.
One of the park's advantages is its outstanding location near the city center (2.5 km) and close to the Arad exit to Hungary (50 km). It is easily accessible by road, railway and public transportation. Another plus is the local retail center which is adjacent to the park.
"Managing the Arad Business Park is an exciting opportunity for P3. This is the second project in Romania since P3's entry into the market. The park currently offers 16,200 m² of warehouse and office space for immediate use, plus a further 20,000 m² suitable for Build-To-Suit projects," says Craig Maguire, Managing Director P3 Romania.
"We can adapt the buildings to the needs of individual clients, which includes the provision of office space and other special upgrades, such as cold storage space for food logistics," adds Maguire.
