Colliers International has provided consulting services in an office lease transaction for Nasdaq. The company’s new offices are located in the K29 Vilnius business centre and offer an area of 2,300 m2 in a single space.

The new K29 business centre provides offices for Nasdaq Vilnius Services team members and employees of the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange and the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania.

Arminta Saladžienė, the head of the new Nasdaq Vilnius office said:

“The office is light and spacious, and it has sound insulation of the highest quality, which is a huge advantage when everyone works in the same place. We find the Scandinavian model very acceptable, where managers are not separated from their teams. Executives do not work in offices with closed doors.”

Sandra Jovaišaitė, representative of Colliers International commented:

“The principle criterion Nasdaq had in looking for an office was comfortable conditions for employees and a convenient location in the city. Of paramount importance to the client in the choice of building was to have the entire team on the same floor. K29 is the only business centre offering an area of 2,300 m2 in a single space. The unique architecture of the building allows a real feeling of integrity because employees can reach each other by simply going around the office”.

Vika Pranaitytė, an architect with Ambrasas Architects, says that the Nasdaq office was designed with Nasdaq employees in mind.

“We designed the environment to be healthy, comfortable, cosy and relaxing – one where people could feel more like they were at home rather than at work,” the architect said.
