NAI Pickard has been appointed the exclusive agent to select tenants for the shopping section of the Alliance Plaza office/retail complex. Alliance Plaza is one of the largest developments currently under construction in Ukraine with a gross built area of 126,248 m². the complex is located at 2-20, Staronavodnitskaya St., in Pechersk, one of the most prestigious and populous districts of central Kyiv.
According to the concept, Alliance Plaza's trade gallery has three floors, totaling 15,500 m². It will offer consumers a wide range of high quality goods of business and premium categories.
