NAI Global has announced that it has expanded its coverage into Santiago, Chile, with the signing of NAI Sarrá. Founded as Jaime Sarrá Propiedades Ltda. in 1996 and led by Jaime Sarrá, NAI Sarrá has a staff of more than 15 associates. The firm offers valuation and brokerage services to Chilean and multinational commercial real estate developers and investors.
NAI Sarrá ranks as the third largest commercial real estate firm in the Chilean market. The firm's clients include the Chilean government, Central Bank, ING, LAN Airlines, Entel Chile, Delta Airlines and Bridgestone Firestone.
