NAI apollo, owner-managed real estate consulting firm with specialization on commercial real estates, expands further and opens today, August 1st, 2006 an office in Cologne.
"The Cologne office market shows during the last 5 years the highest surfaces turnover stability of all German real estate strongholds," according to Axel König, CEO. With the record result of 2005 of anew rented 235,000 m² of office surfaces and realized top rents from up to €20/m², Cologne reaches in the meantime nearly the level of the real estate stronghold Dusseldorf. The positive market indicators and future potentials justify for NAI apollo the establishment of a specialist's team locally. Beside office and logistics renting, the new establishment will push the area of investment with main focus Rhine-Ruhr as another core business segment.
Ralf Kühnert, who comes from the Corpus Immobiliengruppe, takes over the management and brings along long distribution experience in the core business segments. With him together three other employees from the team Corpus industrial change to NAI apollo. The new office will be located in the KAP at the south quay in the Cologne Rheinauhafen.
The establishment Cologne is beside Frankfurt, Berlin, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf and Mülheim the sixth location of NAI apollo in Germany. Other locations will follow in the course of the expansion which is directed towards attractive regional investment and renting markets in Germany. The extension of new functional enterprise areas is also planned to be able to provide in future other service segments.
