The owner-operated real estate consultancy NAI apollo group can report two successful lettings in Frankfurt’s Mayfarth Quartier. Pfeiffer & May and KLAFS Sauna have simultaneously let a total of 1,000m² of floor space on Mayfarth Strasse 15-19. The lessor is Merz Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG.
The wholesaler for sanitary products Pfeifer & May is expanding its location in Frankfurt am Main and has rented 500m² retail space and around 200m² office space. The sauna, pool and spa company, KLAFS, has let an additional 300m² retail space. Hence, the first tenants are moving into unit 3 of the building complex. The office building with a brick veneer has four floors, two staggered floors and a roof terrace, and offers its tenants a direct view of the river Main as well as a lofty ambience with modern, state-of-the-art facilities.
