Multi Mall Management has renegotiated, on behalf of landlord Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH for the fund assets of CS EUROREAL, the majority of leases following expiry of the standard five-year terms. All anchor and key tenants prolonged their contracts for 5 or 10 years. On average, rents have slightly increased.
This proves the attractiveness of the center based on the quality of the retailers, quality of the center and quality of management.
Olympia Olomouc Shopping Center, developed by Multi Development Czech Republic, opened in 2004 on the outskirts of Olomouc city next to the D1 highway. With a total retail space of 31,400 m², it is the largest shopping mall in the Middle Moravia region. The gallery offers a combination of international retailers like C&A, Hervis sport, Deichman, New Yorker, LPP Retail, Orsay with a wide range of gastronomic concepts, complemented by service offers and Hypermarket Albert, operated by Ahold. The car park includes 1,300 spaces. The concept was developed by Multi's in-house design group, T+T Design in Gouda, The Netherlands.
