Today, Multi Vastgoed will start construction of the inner city project 'De Markt' in Hardenberg in the province of Overijssel. On the new city square Multi Vastgoed in co-operation with Assen Projekten in Borne and the Municipality of Hardenberg will realize 8.000 m² of retailspace, 900 m² for facilities, 113 apartments and 178 parking spaces.
The total investment of the developer, the investor and the municipality amounts €55 million. The metamorphoses of 'De Markt' is part of the Masterplan Centrum Hardenberg. Multi Vastgoed already contracted some anchor tenants like C&A, Gall & Gall, Bakker Bart en Albert Heijn. Shops are expected to open their doors in spring 2008.
