Multi Development-C Italia Srl has strengthened its Italian team with the recent appointment of Giovanni Lazzari as Commercial Director. In his new role, Lazzari will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial activities of the company's Italian property portfolio, which represents a combined investment value of €750 million.
Giovanni Lazzari has joined Multi Development from Progetti Commerciali Srl, Milan, and previous experience includes working at different companies operating in the real estate industry.
Speaking about joining the company, Lazzari says he is "excited about playing an active role within Europe's leading retail property company. I am looking forward to working with the talented Multi team in our current ongoing development and regeneration schemes in Rome, Palermo, Como and Venice/Mestre."
