The design of Forum Liberec is based on a combination of individual buildings typical for a city downtown. The interior space is flooded with daylight penetrating through large skylights into every floor. Multi re-created Náchodská Street that connects the busy downtown area with the calm area around the River Nisa River as a prolongation of Prazská Street and the regional headquarters. Variable color lighting emphasizes the glass facade around the multiplex, facing Soukenné square.

Visitors may shop in the first H&M store in the whole region, anchor stores C&A, Reserved, Datart, Humanic, Kappahl, Deichmann, Esprit, fashion brands such as Gant, Promod, Etam, Pietro Filipi, Calvin Klein, Guess or sport stores Sportisimo, Alpine Pro, Rock Point, Adidas. Besides traditional fashion brands, customers will also find a new DM Drogerie, and hairdresser Frisör Klier. Several retailers are opening their first shop in the Czech Republic in Forum Liberec.

Burger King is taking a part of the food court that has various food concepts and cafés which are also part of phase two. Visitors may enjoy their favorite movies in digital quality in the brand new Palace Cinema Multiplex with five screens. Parking was significantly extended from the original 350 parking places in a newly refurbished multi-story car park with 500 additional places on the roof of the Forum shopping center.

With the connection of both phases, Forum Liberec has become one of the largest shopping and entertainment destinations in the region. The main architects were Sia Design, in cooperation with Multi's in-house architectural design company T+T Design of Gouda, NL. Total investment in Forum Liberec was CZK 1.7 billion (€68 million).

Ronald Dasbach, Managing Director of Multi Development for Central & Eastern Europe said: "After the opening of our project in the downtown of Ústí nad Labem, we are pleased to open our second inner-city project. To take care of and regenerate the inner city is a major part of Multi Development's philosophy. We believe that for a city like Liberec the main retail should be downtown as it keeps the heart of the city alive."
