MNG Holding has started the construction of a new residential project in Erzurum under the name MNG Residence.
MNG Residence will be constructed by MAPA Insaat and is described as a qualitative housing project with extensive social areas. The project will include a multi-purpose sports area, a 450 m² crèche, green areas, tartan running and walking tracks, indoor children’s play areas, outdoor relaxation areas, and ornamental plant pools.
MNG Holding is currently developing MNG Blue Boutique, another residential project in Istanbul.
With a net worth of exceeding 900 million USD, the MNG Group of Companies has completed projects of US $5.55 billion to date, with a further US $4.90 billion worth of projects ongoing in 2013.
