Per May 1, 2005, Richard van Ovost (43) will join Mn Services as Director of the International Real Estate team. He will succeed Erwin Stouthamer, who recently left the company. Richard van Ovost has broad experience in both Dutch and international real estate. Previously he worked as Director Investments at CB Richard Ellis and as Manager of the Real Estate portfolio and member of the management team of Altera Vastgoed.
In his new position as Director International Real Estate at Mn Services, the accent will be on the expansion of the investment category International Real Estate as part of the fiduciary management concept of Mn Services.
Per May 1 Bas van den IJssel will also join Mn Services. He succeeds Karin van der Sluijs as Fund Manager IOG Europe. Bas van den IJssel worked at SFB Vastgoed as Asset Manager Offices for 6.5 years and made the transition to BPF Bouwinvest in January 2003 as Portfolio Manager.
