On Tuesday, Mitsui Real Estate raised its group net profit forecast to 1.3 billion yen for the six months to September 30, up 30 percent from the previous forecast.
The company, a unit of real estate developer Mitsui Fudosan Co Ltd , sells houses and condominiums.
