Over the course of three days (21 to 23 October) over 4,500 participants and 600 investors representing 35 cities are expected to visit the 2,000 m² exhibition area set in London’s Olympia exhibition centre. Throughout the event over 60 conferences and networking events will take place, giving attendees the opportunity to meet, discuss projects and opportunities and to do business.

New for 2015 is the BNP Paribas Real Estate UK sponsored ‘London Showcase’ - a fully interactive 300m2 exhibition zone dedicated to London, delivered in partnership with the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Exhibitors include Wanda One, Goldcrest Land Plc, Nine Elms on the Southbank, City of London, The Royal Borough of Kingston and Develop Croydon, all signed up to the ‘London Showcase’. The new space will feature the first ever fully interactive 3D digital model of London by VUCITY, showcased via a 5m x 3m wall.

Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, MIPIM UK will bring together the public and private sectors, providing a unique environment for British real estate companies to meet international investors, specifically those wishing to invest in the UK. This year the event will focus on business transactions and forward-looking conference presentations.

With over 200 speakers and a keynote address programmed each day, including Francis Maude, minister of state for trade and investment and internationally-renowned architect Zaha Hadid, MIPIM UK will discuss such diverse subjects as the impact of the digital revolution on real estate, investment opportunities by sector and regions, the growth in property technology companies and the big picture overview of where UK property is heading.
