Participants cast their vote in the MIPIM Awards ballot box during the market and chose 5 winners and a special jury award. Last night during the 14th MIPIM Awards Ceremony the awards were presented to the winning companies.
And the winners are:
- Business Centers: Metropolitan
- Refurbished Office Buildings: Kenzo Building
- Shopping Centers: Centro Commercial Berceo
- Hotel & Tourism Resorts: Grand Continental Heiligendamm
- Residential Developments: Grosvenor Place
The Special Jury Award was attributed this year to CENTRAL CITY (Canada).
'MIPIM in Cannes still is the most important international property fair. Along with this the MIPIM Awards are the most prestigious distinctions in the property world. It is the 'Oscar' for the Property Industry', according to Werner WELTER, Former Managing Director, DB Real Estate Investment GmbH (Germany) and President of the Jury, MIPIM Awards 2004.
