The MIPIM Awards honour the most outstanding real estate projects completed between March 2005 and March 2006, based on the following criteria: the technical and architectural qualities of the projects, the originality of their design, their successful integration into a site, their infrastructure and access facilities and their service provision.

The GM Renaissance Center is the focal point of the largest relocation in history.
