Metrovacesa acquires properties and rents them to their previous proprietors

Metrovacesa has bought from the Ahold company a total of 12 commercial centers located in Cadiz, Seville, Cordoba, Malaga, Jaen and Barcelona. The total surface is 25,906 m² and will be rented by Ahold. The operation, that includes 521 parkingspaces, represents an investment of € 22.8 mln.

Also Bami has bought a building of 22,530 m² in the industrial polygon of Los Angeles in Getafe, Madrid, for € 14.9 mln. from the Amper group. The property will be occupied during a term of 10 years by the society branch of the sales group, Amper Programas de Electronica y Comunicaciones. This group is dedicated to the investigation, development, production, installation, attendance and commercialization of military communications systems.

Both operations are part of the asset rotation strategy of Metrovacesa and will represent an annual rent income for the company over € 1.34 mln.
