MEAG acquires property in Warsaw (PL/DE)

MEAG has announced that it has purchased the Warsaw Corporate Center from a group of private investors for its special real-estate fund MEAG Euro Pro.

The ten-story office/retail building with around 8,750 m² of floor space can be found at the address Emilii Plater 28 in the center of Warsaw. This is an exemplary location and the building is almost completely leased. Among the tenants are large national and international companies and the British Embassy. The main railway station and the Warsaw Palace of Culture and Science are close by.

As a location, Warsaw profits greatly from a continuingly excellent economic outlook. Poland's capital is one of the leading office locations in Central/Eastern Europe. Warsaw currently has around 2.5 million m² of office space on offer, of which around 50% are in the city center.
