Marazzi + Paul Architekten AG show new design concept for Partizan Stadium in Belgrade, Serbia (RS)

The goal and idea of this project development was to plan a new multifunctional stadium for the FK Partizan that will bring the club and the location on the level of today's international standards. For this redevelopment FK Partizan hired Marazzi International of Switzerland because of their know-how in the area of multifunctional stadiums. Marazzi has already developed and built two multifunctional stadiums in Switzerland. Marazzi+Paul partnered with Aldinger Architects from Germany in order to develop the concept drawings and analysis for Marazzi.

Belgrade's new Partizan Stadium will be a mixed-use project, approximate cost is €307 million.



The new project proposes to tear down the existing 1946 stadium and build a new 38,000 seats soccer stadium with additional programs that will help to finance the project but also create a modern center in the neighbourhood. The 12.5 ha of land will include a large commercial space area, with a 36'000 m² shopping center, a 5-star hotel with 200 rooms, a business center, multiplex cinema, nine tennis courts and around 400 apartments.

The multifunctional stadium project by Marazzi+Paul Architekten AG, of Bern Switzerland will cost approximately €307 million. Marazzi International AG, also from Bern, is the developer.

The soccer club Partizan in Belgrade is one of the two famous soccer teams in Serbia. The legendary club has a huge fan community and is playing first class soccer, in international games such as the champions league.
