Clemens Brenninkmeijer has been appointed Country Manager of REDEVCO Netherlands, effective October 1, 2010. He is currently Portfolio Director at REDEVCO Turkey. He succeeds Mark Siezen, who has been appointed Director of Strategy for International Retail Expansion at COFRA Holding A.G., the parent company of REDEVCO.
Clemens joined REDEVCO in 2001, subsequently taking up a variety of appointments in the UK, Belgium and most recently in Turkey, where he was responsible for setting up the asset and mall management organisation to manage the shopping centers developed there over the past few years.
Mark Siezen has been Managing Director of REDEVCO Netherlands since the beginning of 2008. Before that, he was Director of Development at REDEVCO B.V. for a year, prior to which he worked for several years as Senior Business Strategist at COFRA HOLDING A.G. In his new role as Director of Strategy for International Retail Expansion, Mark will focus on developing COFRA's retail strategy in Asia.
REDEVCO Turkey has also announced a number of important management changes.
Emrah Coban, formerly Head of Leasing and Commercial Department, was appointed Commercial Director of REDEVCO Turkey effective August 1. Tony de Graaf, previously Head of Mall Management, was appointed Director of Mall Management as of August 1. Tony succeeds Clemens Brenninkmeijer, who has been appointed Country Manager for REDEVCO Netherlands.
