Management change at JM (SE)

Eva Eriksson, head of JM Property Development and a member of JM's Executive Management since March 2005, is leaving JM at her own request. Eriksson will join the property company Kungsleden as regional manager East and will be a member of the Kungsleden Group management team.

"I am sorry that Eva is leaving JM after five years with the company, most recently as head of JM Property Development. I wish Eva every success in the future," says Johan Skoglund, JM's President and CEO.

Sten Hamberg, head of JM Residential Sweden and formerly head of JM Property Development, will assume responsibility for JM Property Development on a temporary basis. The focus of JM Property Development's activities remains unchanged. The change now taking place in Executive Management will not lead to any change in strategy or priorities.

The JM Property development business segment develops residential and commercial property in Greater Stockholm. In April 2005, JM started production of a new, approximately 10,000 sq.m. office block in Frösunda, Solna. This office project is located in the best high-profile site along the E4 and is expected to be ready for tenants in December 2006.
