Effective October 1st 2004, a management change took place at ING Real Estate Investment Management France. Thierry Beaudemoulin will be leaving ING Real Estate to pursue other interests. Patrick Maille will serve as managing director for ING Real Estate Investment Management France.
In his new role, Patrick will manage the portfolio and the dedicated team of the ING Retail Property Fund France Belgium, and he will be a member of the management team of ING Real Estate Investment Management France. Patrick joined our French team early in 2004 as director of asset management.
The ING Retail Property Fund France Belgium is quickly approaching its one-year anniversary.The fund was launched on December 31st 2003.
