Major lease taken up in the Breite Strasse 3HOCH5 project in Düsseldorfs banking quarter (DE)

The law firm CMS Hasche Sigle has taken up a lease on around 4,000 m² of office
space in the office and retail building project Breite Strasse 3HOCH5 in Düsseldorf.

The continuous growth of the firm necessitates the change of location, and occupation is planned for the beginning of next year. The project is therefore now fully let except for one shop unit.

The Breite Strasse 3HOCH5 project is being built at present on one of the last sites for development in the Düsseldorf banking quarter. The seven-story property offers a total of ca. 6,500 m² of gross floor area for office and retail use. The volume of investment lies at around €25 million, and the investors are MOMENI Projektentwicklung, the NPC Group and the HCI Development Fund I.

The design was commissioned from the well-known Hamburg architects Bothe Richter Teherani (BRT). The Breite Strasse 3HOCH5 project in the best city-center location is the first project developed by BRT in the capital city of North Rhine- Westphalia.

Colliers Trombello Kölbel Immobilienconsulting GmbH advised on and acted as agent for the lease.
