M5-Gyál Business Park welcomes new tenant (HU)

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, contributed to B.Braun Medical Ltd’s c. 2,300 m² warehouse and 200 m² office space transaction in M5-Gyál Business Park, owned by Autóker Logisztikai Ltd.
Since 1839, German-owned B.Braun group has a substantial role in many areas of health care, such as medical device manufacturing, medical software development, sales and kidney disease care.
Gábor Halász-Csatári, negotiator, industrial department at C&W Budapest, said: “We are happy to have concluded this important deal with such a consistently successful company. The new tenant, B.Braun, is a key market player in the healthcare industry with a comprehensive professional background and extensive range of clients, thus it adds real value to the existing tenant mix at M5-Gyál Business Park.”
Attila Kántor, sales Mmanager at Autóker Logisztikai Ltd,said: “With this new transaction, of B.Braun the the first phase of M5-Gyál Business Park is 100% leased. We are confident that this new location satisfies all B.Braun’s needs and will serve its real estate needs in the long term. We possess a valid building permit for the second phase of M5-Gyál Business Park where we are planning to develop a logistics centre totalling 25,000 m².”
Bernadett Parádiné Kővári, head of logistics at B.Braun Medical Ltd, added: “After an enthusiastic search of the Hungarian logistics market, the location of M5-Gyál Business Park and the flexibility of the landlord helped our decision. The closeness of the highway is essential for us to better serve our clients.”
