AFI Development and Luxor Cinemax signed a lease agreement for a premise in shopping and entertainment center Tverskaya Mall. Colliers International is the exclusive leasing agent of the project.

The 107,000-m² Tverskaya Mall is due to open in Q4 2009.
The area of the movie theater in the new shopping center will total 2,066 m². The new Luxor multiplex cinema will comprise six screens, three of which will be equipped with the newest Dolby Laboratories systems.
