Luke Dawson is taking over the position of Managing Director of Colliers International in Serbia effective immediately. Dawson replaces Maja Sahbaz as Managing Director, who has left Colliers to pursue other opportunities.

Dawson has been with Colliers International since 2004 and currently holds the position of Regional Director of Operations for Colliers in Eastern Europe, overseeing the day-to-day business of Colliers offices across 13 countries.
Dawson brings a vast amount of international experience to Colliers International in Serbia. Since joining Colliers, Dawson has held several positions both in Canada and Europe. Before joining the company, he worked for one of the leading commercial real estate developers in Canada.
Dawson will remain Regional Director of Operations for Eastern Europe but will be allocating almost all his time to the Serbian business. He will be located in Belgrade, from there he will be focusing his full efforts on the local market.
Dawson commented, "I am excited to take on this challenging position in Serbia. I will be focusing on leveraging my relationships across Europe and experience in different markets to help accelerate Colliers Serbian operations."
