LPP Group among tenants of Bulwary Poznańskie (PL)

LPP Group, which includes brands such as Reserved, Home&You, Esotiq, House, Mohito and Cropp Town, have signed as tenants of Bulwary Poznañskie, having leased over 2,800 m² of retail area. The project is now over 50% leased.

Bulwary Poznañskie, developed by Inter IKEA Centre Polska S.A., is unique on the Polish market, a shopping center concept that provides visitors with the opportunity of shopping in a charming and open–air setting. Perfectly located in the Southern suburbs of Poznan it can be easily accessed from city center. In addition, a new tram connection is planned.

The total scheme covers approximately 70,000 m² including a 30,000-m² IKEA store and 40,000-m² retail area (over 100 shops). Customers will benefit from 2,800 car parking spaces located on underground and surface parking levels. Opening is planned for Spring 2011.

Lease agreements have also been concluded with Alma Delicatessen, Decathlon, Exi Sport, Euro RTV AGD, Kakadu, Cubus, Deichmann, CCC, KappAhl, Benetton, Douglas, Prima Moda, Venezia, Vision Express, Scotch&Soda and Grycan.

Jones Lang LaSalle is the commercial leasing agent and advises on the marketing process.

"In current times when projects, even those under construction, are being postponed due to the financing problems, Inter IKEA eliminates this risk," says Marta Stañczak of Jones Lang LaSalle. "Poznan authorities have approved the spatial development plan for Bulwary Poznañskie, while Inter IKEA is currently completing the documentation needed for obtaining the building permit."
