"The pledge of the project's commercial success consists of a good location, well-developed concept and an experienced developer. Combination of all these factors in Logopark Sever makes it very attractive both for Russian and foreign tenants and investors who are interested in a high-quality asset with stable revenue."

Petr Zaritskiy, National Director, Head of Warehouse and Industrial Department: "Since the acute shortage of industrial properties in the north part of Moscow region, several new projects have been announced in 2012. Logopark Sever will be the first realized project in this area and will become an evident resolution for companies which would like to start operating not later than in spring 2013.

"The participation of the professional developer experienced in implementation of successful industrial projects is an extra benefit and quality assurance of the project.
