As from December 10 2003 the 19.691.735 ordinary shares in issue of Wereldhave N.V. are also listed at the stock exchange of Euronext Paris (Premier marché). The listing at Euronext Amsterdam will be continued. Crédit Commercial de France (CCF) will act as paying agent in France; the dutch paying agent is Kempen & Co.
Wereldhave expects that the listing of its shares in Paris will improve the liquidity of these shares.
