Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) launched a fully-fitted office product at Crayfields Park, the 89,030m2 mixed-use scheme providing quality office and industrial space in Orpington.
Capsule is LGIM’s bespoke, work-ready office space, bringing together the key elements required for a modern, collaborative working environment. The Crayfields Park Capsule suite comprises c. 173.4m2, designed to a high standard with the flexibility to incorporate several workstations, executive offices, meeting rooms, and break-out areas. It includes a kitchen and allocated parking is also provided, with staff able to use the brand-new cycle storage and shower facilities, which are due to be built in the coming months.
