Leasinvest Real Estate sells the office complex in Brussels for approx. €10 mln (BE)

Leasinvest Real Estate announced the sale of the office building located Avenue Louise 66 in Brussels to Immo Graanmarkt sprl for a net amount of € 10,350,000 which exceeds the fair value at end-2013. This office complex located in front of the Steigenberger (ex-Conrad) hotel consists of two connected buildings and a commercial space situated on the ground floor. It has a total rental surface of 3,398 m² and is entirely let.


This sale transaction fits within Leasinvest Real Estate' strategy to divest smaller, less strategic buildings. As a consequence of this sale, the Belgium offices part slightly decreases.
