Law firm White & Case LLP moves into Emporio (DE)

Leading international law firm White & Case LLP has signed a lease with Union Investment for around 6,000 m² of space in Emporio. The deal was brokered by real estate service provider Grossmann & Berger. The Emporio tower is now almost 70% let.

White & Case will be moving its employees into floors 11 to 14 of EMPORIO in the middle of 2013. The '2011 Law Firm of the Year' is a leading international law firm with over 38 locations in 26 countries.

Since its refurbishment, the Emporio ensemble has quickly become a highly sought-after office location in Hamburg's Neustadt district. As well as White & Case, logistics company GATX Rail Germany GmbH, investment firm Aquila Capital, lawyers, auditors and tax consultants Nörenberg Schröder and property consultants CBRE have also taken space in Emporio.

In addition to the office tower with its Nord Event panorama deck, the new Emporio ensemble includes a new build containing the Scandic Emporio Hamburg hotel and 42 apartments. The property forms part of the portfolio of the UniImmo: Deutschland open-ended real estate fund.
