At 4 pm on Tuesday, 9 March 2004, Europe Real Estate Publishers launched their first Europe Real Estate Yearbook at the MIPIM in Cannes. The presentation of the Yearbook took place in the spectacular setting of the MAB stand, and in the presence of all major players in real estate.
Following the launch, the Europe Real Estate Yearbook is available at the MIPIM, Level 01 on the Main Isle, and can also be ordered from the Europe Real Estate website www.europe-re.com. The Yearbook comprises over 500 pages and has a circulation of 10,000 copies.
The Europe Real Estate Yearbook promotes real estate development and investment and places commercial property in a financial context. With the aim to create a more transparent real estate market, Europe Real Estate 2004 presents analyses of European property funds, round table discussions with investors and fund managers, as well as interviews with real estate professionals.
