LaSalle Investment Management has announced the sale of a prime property office building in Paris on behalf of one of its funds, LaSalle European Growth II, to Goodbody Stockbrokers in Ireland.
The property is located at 13/15 Rue de la Ville L'Eveque, Paris CBD, encompasses 5,800 m² and is comprised of nine upper floors and four basements. The building was originally purchased by LaSalle European Growth II and has been completely renovated. Last year, the building was fully leased to its current tenant.
LaSalle was advised by Atisreal, Clifford Chance and the notary office Etude Vachon. Catella Property Consultants also advised LaSalle in a co-exclusive instruction. Goodbody Stockbrokers were advised by CBRE, Lacourte Balas and notary office Etude Chevreaux.
