Panasonic France SAS, advised by Jones Lang LaSalle, has leased approximately 3,500 m² of office space at Le Delage.
A leading French industrial company, advised by Cushman & Wakefield, has also signed for approximately 1,700 m² of space at the property located 1-7, rue du 19 mars 1962 in Gennevilliers.
Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield also advised the owner in both transactions.
These two companies will join Le Delage's existing tenants GRT GAZ and Tractebel Engineering in 2011.
