LaSalle Investment Management announced it has completed the 33 million refinancing of its Olympe property in Paris, France, on behalf of LaSalle European Growth Fund II.
The new deal also includes an extension of the debt arrangements on the property. Olympe is a 16,000 m² office complex, with retail space, situated in the St Denis area of Paris. The primary long-term tenant is BNP Paribas, the French bank. German bank Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen ("HeLeBa") acted as sole underwriter and hedge provider on the transaction.
