LaSalle Investment Management has announced the letting of an approx. 10,000-m² industrial building to Yokohama HPT Limited, in Mount Farm, Milton Keynes.
The property has been let for 10 years to Yokohama HPT Limited, a UK distributor of passenger car, 4x4 and motorsport tyres from Japanese manufacturer Yokohama.
Edd Fitch from LaSalle comments: "This is very positive news for Milton Keynes as the transaction in terms of size is one of the largest lettings in the area for the past two years. It is also an excellent result for LaSalle, having secured a new tenant very shortly after the previous lease expired."
