LaSalle appoints new head of portfolio management for northern Europe (DE)

LaSalle Investment Management ("LaSalle") has appointed Ms. Insa von Jürgensonn as a Regional Director and Head of Portfolio Management Northern Europe, effective from March 1, 2009.

Based in LaSalle's Munich office, von Jürgensonn reports into Simon Marrison, Co-head of Europe, and will be responsible for managing all assets in northern Europe as well as acting as fund manager for the two dedicated German investment vehicles managed by LaSalle Investment Management: LaSalle German Retail Venture and LaSalle German Income & Growth.

David Ironside, International Director and Managing Director of LaSalle Investment Management (Germany) said, "Insa brings outstanding experience in the area of portfolio management and she perfectly complements our management team."

Von Jürgensonn joins LaSalle from Morgan Stanley Bank AG, Frankfurt, where she was Vice-President Real Estate Asset Management. Prior to this, she was Head of Corporate Development at Viterra AG, Essen. Von Jürgensonn is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She studied Business Administration in Hamburg (master level: Diplom-Kauffrau) and received her Ph.D. from the University of Economics at Vienna and at the EBS in Oestrich Winkel.
