Large investments planned in Wrocław, Poland (PL)

Leszek Czarnecki, one of Poland's wealthiest citizens, is planning to buy Poltegor, an old office building in Wrocław with a 2.7 ha plot. According to local media, the investor is also considering acquiring the neighbouring 4.5 ha of land, which is worth a minimum of PLN 100 mln.

The masterplan for Wrocław stipulates that the whole area should be developed with business-type projects. Not far from the Poltegor building, Leszek Czarnecki and his LC Corp company are developing a multifunctional center: Arkady Wrocławskie.
