ING Real Estate Development Australia and the Lewis Land Group, have today signed an Agreement with the Docklands Authority for the comprehensive development of the 19.3ha Waterfront City precinct at Melbourne Docklands.
The ING / Lewis Land project will provide the main public precinct for the whole Docklands area – an exciting retail and entertainment precinct centered around a 100m diameter giant Ferris wheel and a Waterfront Piazza which will be the location for a constant program of public events, festivals and entertainment.
