LAMDA Development S.A. strengthens its presence in South-eastern Europe, with its first development in Serbia through the purchase of a plot of land in Beograd, by it's 100% subsidiary LAMDA DEVELOPMENT DOO BEOGRAD.
The plot of approximately 3.000 m² is situated in the center of Beograd, in the area of Vracar, an area of upgraded residential developments. The price of the plot was 2,9 million and the Company will develop a residential complex of approximately 11.000 m². The total cost of the investment is expected to reach 15 million.
