Kvadrat-Perova shopping center, a new project of Kyiv's largest shopping center chain Kvadrat, belongs to the portfolio of Ukrainian company XXI Century Investments.
The 29,000 m² three-story shopping center will comprise 18,000 m² commercial area and a parking facility for some 530 cars. Completion is scheduled for 2007.
