Swedish property company Kungsleden sells four retail properties in Karlstad. The sales price amounts to 450 MSEK (approx. €50m) generating a profit of 25 MSEK. The yield based on the sales price is calculated at 6%. The buyer is the Danish Investment company I/S Ejedomsinvest. Kungsleden will leave possession of the properties on 1 February, 2006.
The properties, located in the central parts of Karlstad, consists of 26,000 m² of lettable area, 60 % retail and 35 % offices. The rental value amounts to 41 MSEK.
