The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has in a number of deals acquired and sold several properties.
Kungsleden has acquired eight properties in Borås for SEK 135 million with a yield of 8,2 %. The properties consist of 28.000 m² of lettable area, mainly offices, with a rental value of SEK 17 million.
The company has acquired one property in Upplands Väsby and one property in Gävle for SEK 182 million with a yield of 8,3 %.
Furthermore, Kungsleden has sold the properties Kalmar Åldermannen 3 and Södertälje Magasinet 3 for SEK 102 million with no result. The acquisition value of the properties amounts to SEK 91 million.
