Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) acquires the property Partihallen 1 in Årsta for a purchase price of 96 MSEK (approx. €10m) from Axfast. The yield based on the purchase price is calculated at approximately 8%.
The property consists of about 21 000 m² of lettable area, of which approximately 70 % consists of warehouse. The rental value amounts to 14 MSEK.
