The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) acquires the I17-park in Uddevalla for approximately €20 million (SEK 206 million). The yield based on the purchase price is calculated at 7,5%.
The I17-park consists of the two properties Barkhögarne 12 and Halla-Stenbacken 1:91. The lettable area of the properties amounts to 37 600 m² with rental value of about €2,6 million (SEK 26,6 million). The largest tenants are the municipality of Uddevalla and Fridaskolan which together stand for about 50% of the rental value.
Possession changes hands on 2 October 2006.
