Kungsleden AB (publ) acquires the care property Banslätt 1 in Tullinge in the municipality of Botkyrka from HSB ProjektPartner AB. The purchase price, including transaction costs and tenant improvement costs, amounts to MSEK 75.
The property has a lettable area of 8 340 sq.m. 91 % of the rental
income of MSEK 8,6 come from the tenants Stockholms läns landsting and the municipality of Botkyrka. The average remaining lease contract runs approximately 5 years.
The acquisition has an estimated property yield of 7,5 %.
